I Love New York!

My husband and I are going on a mini vacation to New York to see a friend conduct at Carnegie Hall. It's a short trip so I have to make use of all my time there. While I have been to New York a few times, this will be the first time for ourselves and not for work or on someone else's itinerary. I've compiled a visual map of all the things I plan to do there and obviously, 75% of it revolves around eating delicious foods. If you have more suggestions, please let me know!

  1. Looks like a great list. I've still never made it to Pomme Frittes or Momofuku. Do you already have West Side Story tickets? I visited NYC recently and resisted seeing it there because the tour of the same production launches soon and will be in SF in the Fall. However, even with first National tours it's always better on Broadway. Have fun!

  2. Definite yes! to Joe's Shanghai, but only go to the one in Chinatown. Also, check out this review for the Del Posto $29 prix fixe lunch - it's supposed to be REALLY good! http://newyork.seriouseats.com/2009/12/new-menu-lunch-at-del-posto-mario-batali-italian-four-star-gamble-review.html
