DIY Paper Flowers from Old Bills
Renee of Wedding & Cookies did an awesome job on these DIY paper cherry blossom and roses. These diy paper flowers made from recycled security and bill envelopes (the ones that come with blue liners). What a great way to make use of resources. These were for her centerpieces and bouquets.
