Acorn House Identity

Inventory Studios of London which is a fairly new design firm founded in 2008. One of their projects I really enjoyed was their identity for the restaurant Acorn House restaurant. As a collective piece, the design is fairly subtle but highlighted with good concepts and printing embellishments.

Instead of a book of matches, they have booklets of seeds with card planters. I love that they look like the little planter stakes.

"The hand-made menu covers were embossed with the skeleton of a tree and foil-blocked with a variety of patterns of silver leaves. They were also coated with waxed muslin, creating a wipe-clean, fibrous surface."
